Chilling on the clouds - CE

This is my second entry for Getanimated 's contest.

I have no clue if I got this in on time.  OTL

So the sketch of this has been sitting in my folder for a while.  ><  I thought I still had time, thinking the contest ended the 10th.  |D  I am such a dumb nugget.  ><  Glad I checked today.

Oh my garnet, I need to work on my inking and hands and a lot of things.  

I hope what I did with the outfit colors is okay. > <   Yay rainbows!!!!  \o/
